Romania uses the decimal format. An odd of 1.85 means a winning bet returns 1.85 times the stake, stake included: 100 lei staked brings back 185, of which 85 is gross profit. At 2.50 the same 100 lei returns 250. The lower the odd, the more likely the outcome is considered to be — and the less it pays.
