Withdrawals: where the time goes, and how to get it back
A withdrawal request passes three filters: the channel, the verification file and internal processing. Only the first depends on you at the moment of the request. The other two are cheapest to settle in advance, not on the day you want the money.
Open the cashierFilter one: the channel
Money leaves, as a principle, by the route it entered, and the name on the payment instrument must match the name on the gaming account. The exception is the prepaid voucher, which cannot receive funds: in that case an alternative route in your own name is used. Method-by-method detail is in the payments section.
| Withdrawal channel | Usual time after approval | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Skrill or Neteller | Usually same day | The fastest ordinary route |
| Visa or Mastercard | 1–3 working days | Depends on the issuing bank |
| Bank transfer | 1–3 working days | Pauses over weekends and holidays |
| Bitcoin and other crypto | Network dependent | A wrong address means permanent loss |
Filter two: verification
The first withdrawal opens the KYC file: identity document, proof of address and proof of the payment method. A licensed operator is not free to skip this, because identifying the player is an obligation attached to the authorisation. Your part is simply not to leave the file until the last moment — the steps are in the registration and verification guide.
The commonest reason verification drags on is not suspicion but document quality. A photo cropped at the corner, a statement missing the holder’s name or a screenshot without a date is rejected automatically and the cycle restarts. Complete, legible documents usually close the check on the first attempt.
Filter three: internal processing
A pending state means the amount has left the gaming balance but has not yet been handed to the processor. Routine checks run in that window: matching the request to the identity file, correlating it with recent bonus activity and, for larger amounts, an extra review. It is a normal stage of every payout rather than a warning sign.
One practical detail matters here: while pending, a request can usually be cancelled and the money returns to the balance. That is useful when you picked the wrong amount or channel, and it is also a temptation — a reappeared balance is easier to play than a received payout. If you notice yourself cancelling withdrawals repeatedly, the tools in the responsible gambling section exist for exactly that pattern.
Tax withheld at source
In Romania, gambling income tax is withheld at source by the organiser on a bracketed scale, so the amount you receive is already net. There is no separate form to fill in at each withdrawal, but the gap between the balance figure and the received figure has this explanation. Rates and thresholds are set by law and change over time, so the values in force should be checked with ANAF or in the current tax legislation. We deliberately publish no percentages here, because they would be wrong at the next amendment.
If the payout stalls
Collect the request reference, screenshots of its status and the correspondence with support, then follow the route on the complaints page: a written complaint to the operator first, and a petition to ONJN if the answer does not arrive. A documented file changes the dynamic of the conversation entirely.
